Link says I've posted too many events in 24 hours, but I haven't posted ANY!

I'm trying to post an event, as I have many times before, and unfortunately instead of getting the link that says "Submit an Event," what I'm getting is a link that says "Too many events in a 24 hr period" (or something along those lines). The problem is, is that i have not actually posted anything yet!

I started to, but did not save the event, and closed the window. It should not have posted at all.

Is there any way I can fix this???

There's nothing that we can do about it, unfortunately. This is a recognized problem.  Take a good look at the JIRA for this issue and add your own comments and documented observations if you are moved to do so >>>> https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-1002 .

As Valerie suggests, try talking with LL in Live Chat to see if they can help too.
