Ryuko Naminosaki

I'm trying to post an event, as I have many times before, and unfortunately instead of getting the link that says "Submit an Event," what I'm getting is a link that says "Too many events in a 24 hr period" (or something along those lines). The problem is, is that i have not actually posted anything yet! I started to, but did not save the event, and closed the window. It should not have posted at all. Is there any way I can fix this??? Thanks for whatever help you can offer!
