No.  It's just like your Social Security Number in RL.  It's yours forever.  You can open a second account (an alt) and choose a new name for her, or you can create a Display Name (like a nickname) that is displayed over your head and in chat, but your REAL username is unchangeable.

You cannot change you name but if you have not invested too much into this avatar you could just creat a new one with the name you prefer
