i can't search My Inventory using file menus, because I don't have file menus in My Inventory.

I can't find two items, even though I recieved a notification that they had been delivered. Help suggested I search using the My Inventory > FIle menu, but I don't have menus that appear in My Inventory. It would be useful to sort by the inventory types. I'm not really good at finding things yet, so any hints in this direction are appreciated. Thanks.

There is only a file menu in the inventory on old V1 style viewers. In Viewer 2, you have the search top at the top where you can simply filter for items. Just enter the name of the thing you are looking for there.

In addition, there is a filter button at the bottom of your inventory, you can choose show filter and then sort your inventory by types and or date range if you are in the recent tab.
