Avatars with Floating Body Parts and Clothes

I swear, I could not for the life of me figure out a fix for this. So today, I jumped onto a Sim, and no matter what I tried, I cannot seem to get it to fix itself. I tried resetting the skeleton and animation, mesh LOD, scrolling back and forth with the camera, derendering, but nothing seems to work. If anyone can please tell me how to fix this, I'd be so happy because this happens to me more often than not.

mostly that's a connection issue ... have a look at your performance tools in the advanced menu, or look at the logged info in the help/about menu

I've frequently had that happen to me at busy places — I joke about waiting for the Dance Of The Flying Body-Parts to end in local chat. 😆 Dialling down your network speed setting in the viewer may help, but other times it may be a connection issue somewhere else, or just the load on the servers at Linden Lab's end.
