A friend is "Not allowed into the destination"

There is NOBODY on the ban list. The destination is a linden house. and my friend is told  "Teleport failed. You are not allowed into the destination" In fact I can not add to the ban list or the add access.

Why?

Well, the easy guesses are that she either has a maturity rating of G or she's registered herself as a scripted agent (a bot) or she's on the parcel's block list. Those are the three normal reasons.  She has control over the first two.  You can do something about the third one.

Remember, with a Linden Home you have two ways to keep people out.  The house has its own access list that you can always add people to.  It's in your home's control panel by the front door.  There's also a separate security system that is in your mailbox, out front. It's free, and it conforms to the covenant restrictions in Bellisseria, so you don't have to worry about whether you have accidentally made it too aggressive or reaching beyond the allowed limits.  You can use that system to keep people from entering your parcel, not just your house.
