buttrfliez
Can anyone give me some ideas with this? I’m new to legacy and was using Reborn prior to switching. I started from scratch making a new avi, buying the right body skin to match (Velour) and so on. Everything is good except for the feet, they’re paler than the body skin and I’ve demoed multiple and the feet are still paler than the skin. It looks like my Avi went tanning and kept her socks on. I’ve tried everything. Edited February 25 by buttrfliez
Rowan Amore
Try clearing the sock layer on the body HUD first. Are you wearing any type of shoe base? Sometimes those are tinted white instead of being transparent. A picture would be helpful, also.

Rowan Amore
From the look of the second picture, it almost looks like a lighting issue. Try changing your lighting to Nam's Optimal Skin & Prim.
Ze Helix
Haha goodness I'm sorry for laughing but that is an amusing issue. Rowan is right, it is just bright sunlight hitting your feet while the rest of your body is in shadow. I'm glad you posted pictures or we NEVER would have figured it out.

This is a picture of my Velour skin with 12pm lighting which means the sun is directly overhead. It casts my body in shadow and my feet in light... This is the same skin with Nam's Optimal Skin and Prim... Both of those pictures are with flat feet. The next one is Nam's with high feet...

It's also probably not quite as noticeable on lighter skin tones but I would never run around with Midday or 12 noon lighting. *shudders
