Inventory transfer

just wondering... is it possible to transfer inventory stuff from SL to (for example ) Avatarlife ?

ETA:  Just let me clarify that...NO. 

You can copy and paste some things but nothing functional can be transferred unless YOU created it yourself, including photographs, in which case a copy will already be on your computer.

If you copy/paste full perm scripts or create copies of photographs/Textures you are infringing on other folk's and LL's (clearly stated in SL's Terms of Service) intellectual property rights.  Doing so is an offence.

Clarification

Actually, we can copy and paste some notecards and scripts. We can upload some textures and photos. And we can make and save our own meshes.

Most items, however, can not be taken out of SL or copied to another platform.

Sure, if you wrote them or otherwise have full access to view them.

Now of course if you have permission to view a script there's nothing stopping you copying it and pasting it elsewhere however even with "full perms" this might not be something the original creator intended to allow for... it's just they couldn't stop you doing so.
