Linden help

Question

Help!? I have two accounts, one alt and one main. I decided I wanted to buy lindens today on my alt. However when I went to go purchase it said there was a problem charging my card. I was going to buy 11k which cost $49. The card has exactly $68 on it which is more then enough so im not sure. I’ve came to the conclusion that maybe it’s the account age, it’s fairly new (1 week old, 12 days old)

If your main has PIOF already and has used it, you may have a higher limit.  The 30 days begins not when you create your account but when you first USE the payment method on file.

It could be account age.  The limits take 30 days to get all the way up to normal max.  Access the limits page from the Manage part of Linden Exchange:

Oh yeah - I forgot that part. 

As Rowan alluding to -- just buy the L$ from your main and give them to your alt.  I prefer to keep the number of accounts with payment method to a minimum anyway - and always use one of my accounts as "the bank"
