Group still not disbanding.

I created a group but I did not like the name I chose so I've been attempting to close it and I have been the only member/owner for more than 48 hours and it is still not gone.  Is there something else I need to do?

Does the group own property  on the Mainland?  If so, either sell it or transfer ownership to yourself. The group can't vanish if it still owns the property.

No there is nothing listed in the group, i had one other join and then i had him leave so i could have the group closed

I have resolved this issue ... I switched myself from owner to member and then left and I got a notice that said it would deactivate in 48 hours. Thank you!
