Sim Rental Advice

Hi, all 

I own a GF 20k prim sim that I had rented to a mini reseller. She decided to move on and I'm trying to decide what to do with this sim. I don't want to sell it, but would like it to be earning something through a rental. Do I find another land seller to rent the parcels out or do I do it myself? I was thinking of cutting it into quarters, doing some landscaping and renting those out. Four renters is the most I want to deal with. 

Am I asking for more headache than it's worth? Should I find another reseller or go it on my own?

if it's only 4 and one region, do it yourself isn't to much work IF you know how to reach the public to rent out.
IF you put a middleman on it, i think you'll loose your profit, he wants his share of the rent. And the market is killing, see also some of the big rental companies, they rent out at rates that are the same, or sometimes even under the normal price of region maintenance costs for smaller owners.
