Hi, all I own a GF 20k prim sim that I had rented to a mini reseller. She decided to move on and I'm trying to decide what to do with this sim. I don't want to sell it, but would like it to be earning something through a rental. Do I find another land seller to rent the parcels out or do I do it myself? I was thinking of cutting it into quarters, doing some landscaping and renting those out. Four renters is the most I want to deal with. Am I asking for more headache than it's worth? Should I find another reseller or go it on my own? Much thanks for your esteemed opinions!

In the past few days my viewer (latest version) will not start. There isn't a way to file a support ticket for this problem. I've updated drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my machine and still the viewer just hangs. Does anyone have any ideas on next steps? Windows 10 Home. thanks!
