inventoy my trash folder will not delete

im trying to clean my inventory from unwanted things but for some reason my trash will not delete permanently when i try to do it it does'nt do anything.

That's a lot of stuff you're deleting in one go! It could be a bug due to the size of the Trash folder. What viewer are you using?

im using firestorm is purging the same as deleting that seems to be working ?

Yes, purging removes stuff from the Trash folder forever. I'd suggest deleting and purging stuff in smaller batches in future, just to be on the safe side.

First,  try selecting a bunch and deleting them permanently (right click for the option).  If that works, you can continue that approach, but don't select more than 1000-2000 for each batch.

The other option is to have LL do it -- Support ticket.

i tried selecting a few an it still wouldnt empty trash it only seems to work when i select purge item .

Try using the SL viewer and see if you're having the same problem.
