[Solved] What causes 'Add Friend' to be greyed out?

I wanted to friend someone, but the 'Add Friend' button is greyed out. Any ideas why? I do have RLVa on, but I don't know how to fix this.

Forget it. I just realised, she was already a friend. Early senility....

Being able to friend someone twice, should definitely be an option! This would also need another colour in your friends list for BFF's, FWB's etc.

Even more reason to allow "friending" someone twice.

The next level of "age-related memory loss" is, "Why are you my friend? I never friended with you! Is this some type of Scam?", etc.
