The museum gives a very brief introduction to these two incredible Mesoamerican civilizations, the Maya of southeastern Mexico and northern Central America, and the Inca of what are now Peru, Chile and Ecuador. Click the sign a the entry for a bilingual self-guided tour notecard and step thru the door of a traditional Maya house (these exist even today).
