Receiving Linden Dollars

I made two purchases for Linden dollars through the in-world transaction.

This was before they went offline for maintenance. My bank shows the transactions of purchases made.

I haven't received the Linden dollars from the two purchases. Will I receive them after maintenance? Or Do I need to submit a ticket?
