Click on that name and you will find the option to view the profile. In the profile there is an IM option. Fair warning: If the object has copy permissions, good luck with getting a refund. Than you are simply wasting your time. Most sales of products with copy permissions are final. And even most other sales are final. And is transfer permission not enabled, zero chances as well to get your money back Demo's before purchase are your best friend in SL.
