I'm presenting to you a very special 1,120 square meter, 288 land impact plot (http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Miru/247/150/22) in "Miru" Region, just four sims away from the very epicenter of Second Life at "Da Boom" (the first Region in SL). Miru is a pleasant and quiet Region with some beautiful surrounding builds, including landscaped islands with waterboats and an Eastern Orthodox Church.

This plot is directly adjacent to a Protected Linden water channel, and this opens in the very next Region into the L-Shaped Lake. Therefore, this is a perfect place to have a small house with a dock for boating. If you are into boating/sailing, you can easily sail from here to Heterocera to the North, or to other parts of Sansara including the Bay of Space Pigs, Mare Secundum, the Ice Bay and the Bay of Fables, or in the other direction to Abbott's and to Bay City. It is therefore, due to its central location and waterside access, ideally located to reach most waterside areas in Sansara. There is also access to a Linden road via the neighboring plot which is public-access to all if you prefer driving.

The plot is currently priced at L$ 22,400 (L$ 20/sqm, which is very competitive for a plot of this size with protected Linden water access in this area).

That looks lovely but why is the LI less than it should be for a parcel of that size? A parcel of 1120 sq.m should have a LI of 383.

Agreed, it should be 383 land impact, 288 seems too low.

Luckily, my mistake had no impact on the success of the sale - I would like to inform you all the parcel has now been sold, so thanks for your attention.
