Accounts are not put on hold for "no reason". You will have to submit a support case to find out more. In the meantime, I would check your $L and $USD balances and transaction histories to see if there is any activity that you do not recognize. If you find anything that looks odd, you should include that information in your support case, and if you can, change your password.

My concern is if your account was phished. Maybe someone else used your account and took $L or used it to launder stolen $L or commit Terms of Service violations that caused the suspension. Check your transaction histories. If you keep chat logs, check your chat history to see if the account was logged in at times you know that you were not using it.
