Is reset no longer available for display names?

"Reset" for display names, seems to be gone from the SL viewer an Firestorm.   Does anyone know if it has been moved to a location I can't find?

Check the profile via the web:  https://my.secondlife.com/

Click Settings on the left - the Display Name on the right

In the SL Viewer, on the Profile window, there is an "Actions" dropdown button, which has a selection for "Edit Display Name".

Reset button was removed (and Firestorm inherited that) in:
