Purchase error but still credited from my card.

If you are trying to use a prepaid or debit card, it might not be accepted by LL. In this case the transaction will fail. If you look right away, your card may show the transaction, but it should be reversed very quickly.

If that's not the case, you can call Billing tomorrow during West Coast business hours. 800-294-1067.

Check to see if the money is showing in your USD balance on your dashboard.  If so, then just re-do the purchase and it will use the USD money.

Ty for the answer, but I have purchased L$ many times later, with the same card and this never happened before. I'm from Brazil so I don't know if I can make the call 😢

If you are Premium, you can do Live Chat, though the time difference might be a bit rough.

If you want to call Billing, you can install Skype on your computer. Skype lets you make computer calls for free.
