Group notice items not showing up in inventory?

Sometimes I dont log in for (usually max) 2 weeks when life gets busy. I make a day out of going through my notices, some groups will send freebies or gifts. When I click on them though, they dont always show up in my inventory. Is this a bug or is it known that the shared objects are temporary and the item isnt available after a week?

Known issue. 

I log in daily and still don't always get the group stuff.  Even while logged in, if much time passes after a notice comes out before I click the attachment, it will not always automatically get retrieved and I have to then pull up the Group info itself and go through the notices.

The items will still be available in the Group notices as long as the actual notice itself is still in the history.  Notices are kept for a max of 14 days, I think, but no more than a few hundred.  So if a group sends 50 notices a day, the history will only contain a few days worth instead of the full 14 days.

ahh, I'm exactly at the 15 day mark. Its happened a couple times with the same group, feel bad reaching out to the creator T__T'' wish there was a longer notice timeline, thx for letting me know.
