Offline messages

I don't seem to be getting off line messages, even though I have that option ticked off.

Have you checked on your dashboard to be sure that you have entered your correct e-mail address?

Go here and confirm the email address is correct and shows as verified - also double check the setting for getting IMs to email.  I had that selected at one point and some update LL did unselected it and I had to reset it.

Do you have a spam filter on your e-mail that is blocking messages from SL?  Have you created exceptions for im.agni.lindenlab.com and secondlife.com?

Well, it wouldn't be the first thing with communications that doesn't always work. 

Group chat is hit or miss.  Group notices, inworld or offline, are hit or miss. So maybe IMs are the same.

I get email when from SL when I purchase Lindens.

Emails from L$ purchases are very likely coming from different back end systems than emails for offline IMs and Group Notices.  

That does at least confirm the email address is good & verified.  

You could open a Support ticket, but if it is their general hit-or-miss communications bug, the ticket will do no good.
