Sims with Voice Chat and Active Role Play

Hello all, 

Can anyone provide a recommendation for sims that combine active roleplay with strong community?

I'm ideally looking for a sim where people get to know one another through voice chat. 

I've considered New Haven, but it seems rather big and impersonal. 

I really would appreciate your recommendations.

You're going to have a super hard time finding roleplay places that also use voice chat, I think. They're sort of antithetical to each other.
