teleport in the game, a problem with the settings

Hello everyone, can anyone help me. This is the situation in the game: the problem is teleportation, I can’t systematically get to any location, it just kicks out, time passes (about 2-3 weeks), the block itself is removed. Maybe someone knows in the game, in the settings how, what to do, only now I was on the local and I can’t get there anymore, time passes and cheers, I’m flying, but already on some other local, the block is on and I’m leaving the game. I don’t even know how and what to do
