notices in Events

i want two event venues on my land, one in my skybox park  (that one is set up and i can make notices for there) I also want one on the ground level.  Under location it only gives me a choice of the skybox. How do i get both land area and skybox as choices?

split off a small portion of your parcel and configure that for a separate location from your main landmark.
