Hello Funkyk.

"SLT" is a deprecated term that stands for "Second Life Time". Due to confusion as Second Life has become increasingly global, the in-Viewer clock now shows Pacific Time instead (PDT or PST depending on daylight savings).

http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/What_does_%22SLT%22_stand_for%3F

EDIT: If you mean where you can find what time is into the virtual world, in viewer 2, Menu World --> Sun --> Environment editor --> you can change the Second Life Time by there.
