Lightweight app for creating simple anims like close eyes or open mouth?

QAvimator used to work pre-Bento days and it was super easy to use - I know you can use Blender/Avastar to create anims, but I was wondering if there are any alternative lightweight apps like QAvimator that are much quicker/easier to use? I'm just looking to create simple poses like close eyes or open mouth, literally 1-2 bone changes and 1 keyframe.

   There was a Bento version of QAvimator being made, but it appears it has been cancelled. I have an early beta version of it and it does work, but it only has a male model (which doesn't really matter). I'm not entirely sure whether it's still available, but you could have a look!

   Getting Blender + Avastar to make a closed eyes animation sounds .. Cumbersome. And expensive.
