Land transaction

I bought a property at auction today. The transaction went through, but the name hasn't changed and I can't build on it. How do I fix this? The customer service area doesn't seem to work at all.

According to the Knowledge Base, auction parcels should be set to you as the new owner within an hour after the end of the auction. If you're still having problems, first double check to be sure that you are on the correct parcel, and that that parcel is in fact the one you won at auction.

If that doesn't help, then first I would wait at least a few more hours. In fact, you may have to. We are moving into the weekend and LL does not man Live Chat during non-business hours. However, LL usually takes a couple of days, sometimes more, to respond.
