Just some helpful hints on hiring people.  DO NOT pay everything up front.  Ask to see examples.of their work.  Do not give them money for furniture.  If possible, they can tell you what to buy and you purchase it yourself.  If it's furniture you own, you will need to give them edit right so they can move it into place.  Some decorators use their own items.  This doesn't always work in rental homes as most only allow group members to rez items.
