MySQL database setup

I have a series of scripts that require an external MySQL database to be set up. I have a website and MySQL host, but I just can’t figure out how to set up the stupid databases. 

I’ve looked up tutorials. I’ve tried to set them up my self, but I’m a dunce. Please help, will pay.

word of advise, any one you are going to be giving access too, make sure, you make an account on the mysql that is not root and does not have those privileges.
