I had the same problem and many accounts were hit due to a bug in the payment systems. According to my credit card company all was ok.

Ask for Eta J. explain your situation in details, and that you are not waiting for formal 'preprogrammed scripted' answers with reference to telephone numbers and Jira's.

She's been unformal open and very helpful to me. My case has been resolved very fast.
