BlueMoon looks for detail-oriented, organized, SL reliable, and excited people interested in being a part of making the Magic of BlueMoon REALLY happen for our clients. BlueMoon Weddings is newly to Sl however the owners are very well professional and have been doing a wedding for a long time. 

Our Current positions that we're looking to fill are Servers,, Wedding Videographers, and Photographers. 

We are looking for servers with excellent, creative, and emotional skills, dependability, and enthusiasm for our couples. We are looking for servers that know how to do role-playing when it comes to dinner service.  We accommodate the availability of our couples and provide training as well. Tips are 100% for this position.

We require that you have the ability to speak in order to be a Wedding Coordinator. During the wedding, you will be able to delegate orders to your staff while also communicating with the couple. You must be extremely patient, have excellent customer service, be enthusiastic, and be professional. To fulfill each client's needs from start to finish, you must have compassion and understanding. In addition to your Bridal Consultation and Wedding Rehearsal, you will also have to conduct the entire Wedding. The position is paid plus tips. We offer full training!

At this moment, we are looking for Photographers to edit beautiful photos that have a great sense of lighting and position. Editing skills and software is a necessity. . . It takes an entirely different kind of person to photograph a wedding. You need to be patient, assertive, organized, and communicate effectively with your clients and staff. Also, this is a paid position plus a tips role. IMPORTANT: You MUST have a fast internet connection and a computer that can handle lag as well as the knowledge on how to reduce lag. The average wedding has 40-70 guests. This will not work if your computer is unable to handle it. 

 A good videographer must have a good eye for lighting and position, excellent editing skills, and a lot of experience shooting videos. The job of doing a wedding requires a totally different skill set. Having patience, being assertive, being organized, and communicating well with clients and staff are necessary. Our goal is to find a couple of videographers who already have the skills needed and we will just have to train them on how to work on weddings. This is also a paid position plus 100% tips. IMPORTANT: You must have a good internet connection and a computer that has sufficient processing power to handle the lag. Additionally, you should know how to reduce the lag. The average wedding has between 40 and 70 guests. Your computer will not be able to handle this.

The forum is long because it has multiple positions, Dj, Photog, etc.. And you fill out the requirements for the position you want, ignoring everything else :P
