i became a premium member and it wont let me get a linden house. i fallowed the steps and still no

i became a member and i did all the steps to get one of the free homes. when it gets to the downloading the house part it wont let me.

What do you mean by downloading the house? You must have received a message from LL including a landmark to your Linden home. Check your emails, you should have received one from LL giving you the landmark as inventory offer.

You are not actually downloading the house object.  Your email notification will tell you the location of the lovely Linden home you "selected".  All you have to do is go to the home, furnish, and enjoy.
