valerie Inshan
I pasted you official stats in the Answers section. I'm not gonna paste it again here! :smileyvery-happy:
celebz
Thanks for that, I just saw it. It only goes up to 2007 though very helpful. It seems like female users decreased slightly and males increased.
valerie Inshan
For an unkown reason LL stopped publishing stats since 2007 (another of their mysterious ways). As for now, I would think it is close to a 50/50 ratio. But actually when I go inworld, I do meet more women avatars than men.
LoveAngeL Lyre
Hello celebz. Seems that the fem's avatars are many more than the male ones. How many of them are women in real, it is another history. :smileywink: Almost all of my male friends have female avatars also and they play with them often or no. On the other side i know several girls (100% girls in real) who love to play as "boi-s".

I don't know of any study that correlates addictive behavior/personality to gender. Addictive behavior would include gaming. Why do you want to know? It's actually pretty interesting think about, considering in other online media the men outnumber the girls. He it seems to be equal (if what people say about some of the female avatars being men are true).

Women generally stopped sitting in the back room knitting sweaters a -long- time ago.
