updating payment info

I need to add a new card for my premium account etc. but every time I click on "add new card" it says "page not found".  I need to pay as it is due, any suggestions are more than welcome. Thank you :)

You could try clearing your browser cache or a different browser.  I was able to get to the page with no problem.

cleared my cache and went from Edge to Chrome and still the same .. ty for your help anyway

If you already have a card on your account, try removing that one first.  

I clicked the 'add credit card' link and got the next page with no issues.
