You were trying to buy L$5,000 and you somehow upgraded your account to Premium instead? Is that correct? I don't see how that's even possible, but...

In addition to filing a ticket, which you've already done (and it can take some time to get a response...), you can contact Support via Live Chat (since you have a Premium account :smileywink:).

I`m with Griffin on this one, the pages for money and membership are so completely different that is an unlikely "accident".

It is very possible to accidentally upgrade if you were checking out that page, because even though it has warnings all over it saying that you will INSTANTLY be charged if you choose an option, people still click it LOL

It is likely that, because the warnings are there, LL will hold you to the membership plan you have accepted. However, it is a lot cheaper than it appears to be. For example, with a yearly payment of $72 you only end up actually paying $5.60 for the entire year after you deduct the stipends and bonus that you get paid back.

You can downgrade back to Basic membership if you do it before your next scheduled payment comes due.
