Why unable to use Phoenix firestrom with window10 worked with windows7 just fine? Video card driver error when trying to open? SL viewer works fine with windows10 with no errors opening, whats the issue with firestorm?

I was trying to purchase $5,000 and accidentally purchase the premium package and I don't want it can someone please help I submitted a help ticket but no one has responded
