We are expanding our team and looking to hire an enthusiastic Sales Manager (one position open). You will establish relationships with Inworld business owners in the adult and the fashion industry and present our advertising solutions.

You will be able to offer:

• affiliate programs helping sim owners to monetize their traffic
• display advertising on a range of adult Second Life-related websites
• advertorials including interviews with business owners
• social media campaigns via our own channels as well as the channels of our partner agency (Chic Studios)
• amazingly sexy fashion and porn models
• wordpress based websites

What you can expect:

• high commissions based on your performance
• a fun and naughty-minded team to work with
• representable office and conference room to work from
• working directly with the CEO Caroline Takeda
• full training provided by HR Manager
• full support from a team of professionals: a scripter, a photographer, and a designer
• monthly payout in US-Dollar or Linden-Dollar
• fun and sexy team events

What we expect:

• you have an open-minded attitude about virtual sex and related products
• you have an extroverted personality and you establish rapport easily
• you do have some basic knowledge of online marketing and affiliate marketing
• you know your way around Second Life
• ideally, you already have contacts in the adult and/or fashion industry of Second Life
• you are reliable, client orientated, and determined to strive for outstanding performance
• you can dress the part
• 18+ in real live (for obvious reasons)

Very good question. Thank you.

As we do not pay by the hour but on sales performance only, we do not expect a schedule or a minimum amount of hours.

The only time commitment would be for occasional team meetings.

Is this position still available? I do have some questions, but I also have over 30 years of sales experience. I have references, my last employer of 8 years and I are still friends and he ran a 100 million a year Brand.. I was his first Full time employee... 

 

I averaged 180k selling Multiple $12-24 dollar items at 12-15% commission.. 

 

Ive been in SL a few years, mainly since covid,  I like it here,,  I'd like to assist your mission...
