check your order history,  most likely you didn't buy, but placed a order with limit buy.

you won't get it back, but it will be placed at your USD balance, the system will take it from there next time you buy L$ or other fees.
Just a advice, don't buy in such small amounts. The cost for any order is $1.49 .. for a value of 3 dollars in L$ + 1.49 thats 25% .
Also if you want your money instantly, always use the market buy.

if you want your L$ fast ; cancel and do a market buy

this moment there's 51 million L$ waiting before your order even comes in sight... and everyone in the meantime that adds at 250 /1 wil go before you...last weeks also 248 and 249 were placed.. that will make the wait only longer if that happens again.
