How come I can only view "General" content in SecondLife Marketplace? The other options are grayed out.

The marketplace has been experiencing issues for that last few days.  I'm not sure if maturity rating is one of the issues but it could be.

Besides the ongoing problems, it's possible you simply aren't signed in to the Marketplace.  In that case, it will only show you General content.
