My Received items tab won't open

my received items tab just wont open up no matter how many times i click it

I am using the firestorm viewer.

is there a way i could fix this? =(

I think it actually is open when the little triangle is pointing down...you just need to pull down on the inventory window to make it larger.

There is also a Preferences or Inventory setting somewhere that will make Received Items appear as an ordinary system folder within the inventory, instead of that separate area at the bottom.
