Scarification Stuck on Avatar

I got a gift from the Immortuos group, it was a scarification tattoo. I accidentally put one the one that says Immortuos - Immortalem Scarification {Legacy} and I tried to take it off, it wont come off. It is stuck to my avatar and now showing up in the worn section. I have tried looking up how to remove appliers or whatever because I think that may be what it is but it says something about finding the HUD for your body and I cannot find the darn thing. I'm using Firestorm. I cannot for the life of me get this thing off of my chest. I have changed outfits and I have logged out and logged back in. I have right clicked and pulled up the textures and I cannot find it anywhere. How do I get this darn thing off of my chest?!

Revisiting this...

@RyverDolorem, you say the tattoo is showing up in the Worn section of your inventory.  Have you tried simply right clicking it there and choosing Take Off or Remove from Current Outfit?

In cases like that, I sometimes unpack a new body and remake my avatar as identical. then delete the old one with that gnarly scar as I don't need it at all.
