Make sure both partners have updated their partnership status in their profiles, make certain neither party is blocked or has see me online disabled.

Hello Cracer. I am not sure about exactly you mean with your question but i will try to give an answer:

Open your partner's profile in world, --> Actions --> Hit the down arrow --> Permissions --> See me on map --> Save.

Tell your partner to do the same with your profile.

if the other answers are't your problem and your partner uses the phoenix viewer they may have derendered you and need to click the phoenix menu > asset blacklist remove you from it then re-log or change group tag
