How do I fix the problem of show up like an egg and staying like that? (avatar)

I also noticed I am unable to take back an outfit to my inventory it stays there. (the box it was in)

I need to know what steps to take.

First, make sure you are logged in under advanced mode, not basic. Its on the login screen under mode, nest to the log in button.

Then, to take a box back, right click it and choose take.
