1. Visit https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/
2. Choose Account Issue from the first dropdown menu.
3. Choose Manual Age Verification from the next dropdown menu that appears.
4. Click Choose File to attach an electronic (scanned) copy of one of a Government issued identification that has your name and date of birth clearly displayed. This identification can be a birth certificate, driver's license, passport, or state ID or national ID.
5. Click Submit.

Please expect manual verification to take 5-7 working days.

Alternatively you can try to become Account Verified having "Payment info on file". This way you have access almost in all adult regions except of the estate owner restricts the access only to residents verified with age verification. For more details check the following link:

It can be something really simple like if you have a double last name, such as Van Dam, enter it as VanDam without the space.

Yes, it can be something very simple...on mine, it wouldn't verify me with my current address, had to use my prior...wherever it pulls the info from, must not have been updated regularly, since I had been living at that address for about 5 years
