create Service Dog Mesh Request

Seeking a Service Dog Companion

Looking to have someone mesh out a service dog(Doberman Breed), that is at least idle/walk/run animated. 

Would like it to have a vest, simple as pictured.

 

Would like the red portion of the vest to be in this pink color

Few other things i would like to add, such as buttons and what not, however i can do all that myself as long as i can acquire the textures for the vest.
