I cant process Credit

I have a bunch of money in my tilia account, but when i try to request process credit *the orange button is greyed out *it will not let me pass through to process the credit. I have it hooked to my paypal and im ready to go help! i dont know what to do?

Have you provided the extra info that is required -- identity type info?

Have you ever PURCHASED Linden Dollars?  When you first do that, a clock starts.  You can't do a Process Credit transaction until 30 days after your first purchase.
