I don't view Earth Day or Michael Moore with socialist/communist lenses, and so why would I respond to these notions or ways of framing the debate? I plainly stated how I view Moore's work -- he is a documentary film maker and writer who is concerned with the rights of those being trampled by more powerful factions in society. Most of his documentary films deal with these injustices.

An example of this dynamic could be your wild garden that was trampled by those more powerful just because they could do it. We need people like Moore to bring awareness to these situations, to educate, to give a voice to those who can't defend themselves as well.
