I recently made a BOM tat and it made a lump appear in my gf's neck. idk much about womens shapes but we cant seem to get rid of it. does anyone know why this has happened?

I have little technical expertise in these things, so someone (hopefully) who does will soon come along and provide a good answer, but I can't see how a BOM tattoo would produce anything like this. BOM applies a texture to the existing mesh body: I don't think it's even possible for it to actually warp or change the mesh in any way. That's why we now need "add ons" (which are really little mesh bits) to do things like smooth the cleavage or crotch area.

Whatever caused this, I am pretty sure it's not the actually tattoo itself.

Sorry, I neglected to ask the obvious questions.

First, does the lump disappear if the tattoo is removed?

And what head/body combination is she using?

Try clearing/stopping all the animations. Then right-click the avatar then left-click  Reset Skeleton and Animations. Hopefully that will do it.

A tattoo is not going to do this. Something you are wearing or sitting (or sat) on can do this.
